UBCT Mold Compound & Tooling Tracking Management system, MCTMS was designed and developed to help effectively manage and keep track of the use of the Mold Compound in the semiconductor assembly industry. The graphical user interface software design is developed using Microsoft Visual C++ higher level language. UBCT's MCTMS is able to monitor the storing of mold compound loading and unloading information for future tracking purpose. Besides, MCTMS is able to interlink with the end user database server to extract and exchange the data.

MCTMS incorporates with Thawing Module to allow user to defrost mold compound at environment temperature without damaging the mold compound. This Thawing Module Management system is able to defrost mold compound at the same time storing the loading and unloading information for future tracking purpose. The interlinking with the end user database server with the MCTMS will able to help manage the usage or storage of mold compound simply by extracting, exchanging as well as updating it to the server.
