UBCT Epoxy Management system, EMS; was design and developed effectively help to manage and keep track the use of the Epoxy in syringe form during thawing process for most of the semiconductor assembly industry. The graphical user interface software design is developed using Microsoft Visual C++ higher level language. UBCT's EMS is able to monitor the thawing status of each individual epoxy syringe that stored inside the rotary turn table and at the same time, storing the syringe loading and unloading information for future tracking purpose. Beside, EMS able to interlink with the end user database server to extract and exchange the syringe data.
